CSx for 64 bit and AutoCAD 2010/2011:
CSx 2011 dongles are compatible with 64 bit also.
This dongle is for AutoCAD versions 2010 and 2011 only and hence not run in AutoCAD 2004 or 2007.
Old CSx users can replace their old dongle (which is for AutoCAD 2004 or 2007) with this new dongle.
Replacement charges is Rs. 5,000/- only.
AutoCAD 2010 and 2011 are now in Two different setups, 32 bit setup and 64 bit setup, depends on your Windows bit version.
Hence CSx setup also in Two formats. One is for 32 bit AutoCAD, and another is for 64 bit AutoCAD.
For AutoCAD 2010 and 2011, same CSx setup is used, in a perticular bit version.

Improved CSx Setup:
  • In CSx 2011, 'CSxSupport' folder is automatically copied into desktop, during installation.
  • It is possible to install CSx 2011 setup before AutoCAD installation.
  • Single CSx setup is used for both AutoCAD 2010 and 2011 versions.
  • CSx 2011 setup is compatible with both 32 bit and 64 bit AutoCAD.
  • When you uninstall CSx 2011 setup, CSx menu from AutoCAD also will removed automatically.

Improved Dialog Boxes: Top
Some dialog boxes are improved and some are added in CSx-2011.

  • Old and New dialog box for LineToSlope command:

    The New dialog box showing right side is looking more complex, but easy in working, because no confusion between 420 and 786 values.

    See the new dialog box showing right side. The direction of slope (-->) and value of existing slope are showing beautifully. Both these are not known in old dialog box. Now you can use this command to know the existing slope of any PLine segment also. Value for new slope is given in edit box insted of command prompt. Top

    See the newly added 'Previous Settings' button in new dialog box.
    Previously, when you give 'CSxPlot' command first time, 'Output device name' is not known and hence for this, you use '-plot' command to extrect 'Output device name' and 'Paper size'. This was a long procedure.
    Now in new dialog box, when you give 'CSxPlot' command and 'Output device name' or 'Paper size' are not known, just click the 'Previous Settings' button to restore it! Top
  • Dialog box for RoadPlan command added:

    Now give all parameters in dialog box insted of command prompt.
    Now it is not necessary to place 'PlanBlks' folder only in the root of C drive. Click 'DWGs' button to browse any One DWG file used as a block in road plan. Due to this, CSx will know the location of 'PlanBlks' folder and hence you can place this folder in any location. Top

    If you hover the mouse over any dialog box item, tool tip will display:

Show side slope cut in Cross Section:
This is only for widening cross sections, having full length widening layer. See the 17th row in 'Heading' sheet.
